Culver-Stockton College's pre-med and pre-health sciences program is geared to produce professionals with a liberal arts background in cooperation with accredited programs in dentistry, medicine, optometry, pharmacy and veterinary medicine.
Doctors, veterinarians, dentists, pharmacists and optometrists... becoming one can seem like a distant career goal when you are beginning college. A long educational journey is before you, and you may be unsure of where to start. However, you do know that the competition is tough in these fields, so you want to do everything possible to ensure your success.
That's where Culver-Stockton College's pre-professional programs come into the picture. With a broadbased liberal arts education, we help you build a strong foundation of resources and knowledge that you can depend on in the future. In addition, you will receive quality instruction, hands-on learning opportunities and guidance in preparing for the future.
Our small, personal environment will challenge you to hone your critical thinking abilities as well as get involved in extracurricular activities. C-SC strives for whole person development, so that whatever career you choose, you will be prepared. Culver-Stockton will prepare you to take required tests, such as the Medical College Admission Test for medical school, the Dental Aptitude Test for dental school, the Pharmacy College Admissions Test for a school of pharmacy, and the Veterinary Aptitude Test for veterinary school.
