Office of the President

William L. Fox, PhD
William L. Fox became the 24th president of Culver-Stockton College in May 2003, within days of the campus being struck by a tornado shortly after the 2003 commencement ceremonies. Focused on rebuilding in the first phases of his presidency, he has led the college in developing a strategic plan, The Plan for Success 2005-2012. The main goal of the plan is to secure the college’s niche as a premier Mid-America institution.
Fox’s vision for the college expresses the long view that Culver-Stockton College must have leadership in abundance, adequate funding and financial equilibrium, and a larger reputation to achieve its goal. Under his leadership, C-SC has increased its endowment, balanced the budget, launched the process to develop the first campus-wide master plan in many years, and will see the debut of a new curriculum, beginning in Fall 2008.
Dr. Fox holds open office hours each month (except December) during the academic year. Any student, faculty or staff member may visit the office for up to 15 minutes between 2:30 and 4:00 p.m. without appointment. The office is located on the second floor of Henderson Hall.
