ASSISTANT ATHLETIC TRAINER (Part-Time)

Culver-Stockton College is seeking qualified candidates for the part-time position of Assistant Athletic Trainer.  C-SC offers experiential learning with a 12-3 academic calendar which provides an innovative four-year program of studies and experiences that prepares students for career success like no other college or university in the nation.  C-SC fields 18 NAIA sports which compete in the Heart of America Athletic Conference (HAAC) and the Mid-American Men’s Volleyball Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MAMVIC).

The Assistant Athletic Trainer will be responsible for providing all aspects of appropriate care, prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation for intercollegiate athletes within an NAIA Department of Athletics. The Athletic Trainer is expected to support the mission and values of the College. Reporting directly to the Head Athletic Trainer and the Director of Athletics, the Athletic Trainer provides service to the Athletics Department and may serve as an approved clinical preceptor.

Qualified Applicants will possess a Bachelor’s degree in athletic training or related field; BOC certified; Missouri State Board of Healing Arts licensed, or eligible; experience in clinical instruction and supervision of athletic training students preferred, but not necessary.

SENIOR ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDENT

Culver-Stockton College is hiring a full-time Senior Assistant who will provide support to the President of the College and Board of Trustees. The Senior Assistant will handle, in a prompt and professional manner, highly confidential and sensitive information and will serve as the front-line for inquiries and issues brought to the President’s Office. The Senior Assistant will manage communications on behalf of the President including emails, letters and memos and will assist the President in the development of presentations and speeches. This position will also manage and optimize the complex schedule of the President and will assess and manage meeting requests, as well as arrange travel schedules. This position will coordinate the President’s budget and related budgetary matters. The Senior Assistant will work with other College offices on the development of content, tone and messaging for certain professional correspondences and presentations, as needed and will also provide administrative support to the Board Chair as needed.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree and 2-5 years of increasing responsibility and experience that includes coordinating multiple projects through excellent problem solving skills, advanced written and verbal communication skills and exceptional attention to details. Other requirements include demonstrated experience in confidential matters and professionally managing the demands of a top executive’s office thorough demonstrated outstanding interpersonal skills and experience working well with people at all levels. Also required is an advanced level of knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel). Must be willing, at times, to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
