Mindi Daniel |
Culver-Stockton College women's soccer coach Dave Morris announced today that Mindi Daniel has signed an athletic agreement to attend school and play soccer for the Lady Wildcats.
Daniel, who is transfering from the University of Maine, played soccer for the TSA Soccer Club and Salpointe Cathlic High School in Tucson, Ariz., where she was also a member of the Arizona Olympic Development Program. After spending her freshman and sophomore years rowing 2-man and 8-man for the University of Maine, Daniel has decided to play for the Lady Wildcats.
"I chose Culver-Stockton because of the small-town feel, the one-on-one attention from professors, and it's my second chance to play the game I love."
"We look to Mindi to help provide some experience and athleticism to our team," said Morris. "She will also be a strong student to our educational program."
Culver-Stockton, located in Canton, Mo., is affiliated with the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and is a member of the 11-team Heart of America Athletic Conference (HAAC).
