The Wildcat volleyball program stands as one of the most successful programs at the school. The Wildcat netters have advanced to 17 regional tournaments and captured eight conference championships, including a string of five straight to end the decade of the '90s. In fact, since 1981 the Wildcats have finished lower than third place in conference play only seven times. C-SC volleyball has produced 86 all-conference players and 29 NAIA Scholar-Athletes. Quincy's Abbie Foster signs with Wildcat Netters

Culver-Stockton College volleyball coach Caren Kemner has announced that Abbie Foster has signed a letter of intent to play volleyball and attend school for the Wildcats, beginning with the 2012-13 school year.
Foster, a 5-foot-5 libero from Quincy, Ill. (Quincy HS), set school records for career digs (1,430) and career service points (879) during her four years as a starter for the Blue Devils. She ranks second all-time for digs in a season with 456, and she ranked fourth career-wise with 914 serve receptions. She finished her career with 88 service aces, including 26 her senior season.
Named the team’s most valuable player in 2011, Foster was a three-time Western Big 6 Conference selection. She was named to the Quincy Herald-Whig All-Area team four times, including second team honors her senior season, and she received special mention to the Champaign News Gazette All-State team. Foster was named to an all-tournament team five times during her career, and she was named a KHQA TV 7 Student-Athlete of the Week in 2011.
Foster is the second player signed by the Wildcats for 2012, joining outside hitter Shea Elmore of Pawnee, Ill. (Glenwood HS).
Culver-Stockton, located in Canton, Mo., is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics and is affiliated with the 10-team Heart of America Athletic Conference with school located in Missouri, Kansas, Iowa and Nebraska.
