Internships - Culver-Stockton College provides internship opportunities for students to explore their interests, skills, and talents in a professional environment, integrating classroom theories with real world experiences.
The content of the internship experience is determined by the employer and all internship sites must complete an Employer Registration Form describing the requirements and responsibilities of the internship. A faculty member serves as a sponsor and will contact the internship supervisor to monitor student process. Near the completion of the internship, an evaluation form will be mailed to the on-site supervisor. This evaluation, in addition to the academic requirements designated by the faculty sponsor, determines the student's grade.
Two types of internships are available: exploratory and professional. Exploratory internships are designed to expose students to a particular field and help them evaluate career goals. A professional internship is designed to assist students in the acquisition of professional skills. Please contact us at careercenter@culver.edu or call us at 573-288-6486 about internships.
On Campus Recruiting - Career Services offers the opportunity for employers to match their hiring needs by providing on-campus recruitment. Two campus interview days are held during the spring semester, or employers may arrange a time with Career Services to meet their recruiting needs.
