Career Services Retention Policy

Effective January 1, 2006

Credential Files: All credential files will be stored for 10 years in Career Services after graduating from Culver-Stockton College. After the initial 10 years, a credential file that has been updated or sent to a prospective employer or graduate school will be renewed for an additional 5 year period and will continue to be maintained at 5 year intervals. If no action has been requested during the initial or renewed time period, the credential file will be destroyed.
