CJ 306 Judicial Process (3)

  • A study of legal procedures that occur in the criminal justice system after a citizen is arrested; topics include the methods of filing of criminal charges, bail, discovery, pretrial motions, such as motions to dismiss and motions to suppress, trial procedures and sentences. *Prerequisites: CJ 105 and junior standing or consent of instructor.
