CJ 416 Constitutional Law (3)

  • This course examines the development of American criminal law and procedure with an emphasis on the 4th, 5th, 6th and 8th amendments of the Constitution. This course will concentrate on a body of law that defines suspects and prisoner rights, as well as restraints on law enforcement and the corrections system. Prerequisites: CJ 105 or Pos 205 and junior standing or consent of the instructor.
