Athletic Hall of Fame Nomination Form

The Culver-Stockton College Athletic Hall of Fame recognizes athletes, coaches and teams for their accomplishments while an undergraduate on the Hill. The college also recognizes contributions to the athletic department through meritorious service. Below are the criteria for each division:

Athletes Division - Must be a Culver-Stockton graduate of 10 years or more.
Coaches Division - Must have coached at least five years at Culver-Stockton.
Meritorious Service - No prerequisites.
Team - No prerequisites.

Please submit supporting information on the nominee's qualifications for the award, including sports lettered or coached, records, accomplishments, recognitions and other biographical information. All nominations must be submitted by April 1 to be considered for that year's Homecoming.
