Please note that this checklist is a guideline and some students may need to complete items before suggested deadlines.

After attending orientation
- Login to Culver-Stockton Webmail and reset password

- Enter your username (given to you at orientation or by your counselor)
- Password is last four digits of SSN
- Click Login
- Click the Option Icon (middle icon located to the left of the Red Novell N)
- Click the Password tab
- Enter your SSN without the dashes as the old password - press Tab
- Enter your new password (minimum of 3 characters) - Press Tab
- Re-enter your new password for confirmation - Click Save
- Close the options screen
- Login to your Wildcat Window

- Check Roommate Information for housing assignment and roommate (continue to check back through the summer for updates)

- When housing has been assigned, your residence hall room and phone number will appear. Your roommate name, Culver email address and home phone number will also appear when assigned.
- Sign and return Financial Aid Award letter, Dependent Housing Agreement, Athletic Agreement, and Fine Arts Agreement forms.
- Print, sign and return the F.E.R.P.A. Release Form (Financial Aid)

- Print a copy of the form and instructions.
- Read the form and instructions - sign and date the form and send the completed form to the address on the F.E.R.P.A. Release screen.
- Print and fill out the Student Health Immunization Form (PDF). Return by August 1 to the Office of Student Development.
July
- Check Account Balance for charges and financial aid (Paper statements will be mailed to student's home address the 2nd week of July)

- Information includes current charges (Tuition, required fees, private lessons, parking registration, meal plans, board, etc.), and pending financial aid (scholarships, Federal Loans, institutional aid, etc.). Account Balance is the amount you currently owe Culver-Stockton (this amount could change pending additional Financial Aid).
- Please note -- for parents to discuss student billing and financial aid information with the respective offices, the F.E.R.P.A. Release Form (FA) must be signed and returned. Parents can also access this information from the Parents Wildcat Window (setup instructions listed below).
- Make a payment with Online Credit Card Payment

- Enter all required information (noted by *) into the form
- Enter amount of payment or click Pay Full Amount

- Check the information on the following screen. If you need to make a correction, click the Back button on your browser to return to the previous screen. If the information is correct, click on the checkbox. By checking this box you certify that all the information [on the form] above is correct and you authorize Culver-Stockton College to charge the above amount [on the form] to the account provided above [on the form]. You also certify that you are an authorized user of this account. You also understand that any attempt at fraud will be reported to the proper authorities. This transaction will be logged along with your computer's I.P. address. Then click Make Payment.
- You will now see a screen indicating your transaction completed properly (or did not complete). You will receive a message with the amount of the transaction plus a transaction number. You will also have the option of printing the transaction details. If your transaction did not complete, you will be given options to try and complete the process. Please allow 3 -5 business days for online transactions to be processed.
- Check your Loans & Awards Information for institutional aid and outside scholarships

- Select the correct school year from the drop down box and click View Awards
- The amount and type of awards, grants, scholarships and loans are listed. Also listed is the status indicating whether it pending, accepted, declined, or cancelled. Items listed as pending may require further information before being completed.
- Submit missing Required Documents for final financial aid packaging

- Select the correct school year from the drop down box and click View Awards
- Documents listed here are required for final packaging and/or disbursement of financial aid. Listed along with the documents is the status of the document and the date the document reached that status. Further action is required if the status is Incomplete, Not Received, Not Signed, or Not Reviewed.
- Submit your Computer Registration Form

- Login with your email username and password
- Click Computer Registration under the Resnet and Online Services section
- Enter the Type of Computer.
- Enter the Operating System for your computer. If you are not sure, click on the What is my operating system? for help determining your operating system.
- Enter your Computer M.A.C Address in the next series of boxes. Click on How to find your M.A.C. address for help in retrieving the M.A.C. address for your operating system.
- Complete the form by agreeing to the four requirement listed below and click Submit Registration.
- The information from this form will entered into the college network system and will be active (if submitted at least two weeks before arriving) when you arrive on campus.
- Once on campus download and install all required anti-virus and anti-spyware software.
- Submit Hometown Newspapers
- Open an internet browser to www.culver.edu
- Click Current Students
- Click Wildcat Window under the Student Resources Link
- Login with your email username and password
- Click Hometown Newspapers under the Biographical Info section
- Enter the name and address (if known) of three newspapers you would like to have the Public Relation's Office send Press Release information. This includes Honor & Awards, Athletic activities, Music/Art/Theater activities, internships, etc.
- Click Send Changes
- Deletions/Updates/Additions can be made any time.
- Continue to check your Class Schedule for additional textbooks and make payment via credit card

August
- Submit your Parking Registration
- Open an internet browser to www.culver.edu
- Click Current Students
- Click Wildcat Window under the Student Resources Link
- Login with your email username and password
- Click Parking Registration under the Student Development/Reslife Section
- Enter a Vehicle Description
- Enter the License Number of your vehicle
- Choose the state the vehicle is licensed from the drop down box
- Click Send Vehicle Information
- The following statement will appear: By submitting this form I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the College and as stated in the Student Handbook governing the operation of motor vehicles on and around Campus. I will notify Parking Control within three days of any changes in my vehicle registration. If you agree to the terms, click on OK If you do not agree or do not wish to send your vehicle registration, click on CANCEL - Click OK or Cancel
- You will receive a screen indicating your parking registration has been sent and that payment must be submitted before the sticker is issued.
- Make a payment for Parking Registration with Online Credit Card Payment

You also certify that you are an authorized user of this account. You also understand that any attempt at fraud will be reported to the proper authorities. This transaction will be logged along with your computer's I.P. address. Then click Make Payment.
- You will now see a screen indicating your transaction completed properly (or did not complete). You will receive a message with the amount of the transaction plus a transaction number. You will also have the option of printing the transaction details. If your transaction did not complete, you will be given options to try and complete the process. Please allow 3 -5 business days for online transactions to be processed.
- Parking stickers must be paid before being picked up.
- Check your Account Balance for additional aid and charges and make final payment by August 15

- Set up your Parents Wildcat Window by granting access and setting their password

- Read all the information on the screen explaining your F.E.R.P.A. rights.
- Make sure you have filled out and submitted the two F.E.R.P.A. forms for the Financial Aid Office/Business Office and the Registrar's Office. These must be on file before you grant/deny your parents access.
- Enter a password for your parents to access their Wildcat Window - this password should not be the same password you use for your account. Press Tab
- Confirm the password.
- Click Grant My Parents Access to My Information
- You will receive a screen confirming that your parents Wildcat Window has been successfully activated. In the event you wish to change their access, click Parents Wildcat Window under the Resnet and Online Services section and choose Denied, then Save.
- You can also change the password set for your parents from this screen.
- Show your parents how to login and use their Parents Wildcat Window

- Click Parents Wildcat Window under the Student Resources Link (If you have not completed the setup process, your parents will get a screen indicating they are not authorized to view the information.)
- Parents will need your Student ID number and the password you set for them to login -- if you have not completed the setup process, your parents will get a screen indicating they are not authorized to view the information.
- Have your parents enter your ID number and the password you give them - Click Login
- Parents Wildcat Window is a condensed version of what is available to the students. Parents can view Account Balances, make online credit card payments (secure transaction), download and print 1098T Tax Information, view Class Schedules, Academic Summary Information, Mid-term and Final grade reports, and Financial Aid Information including the Required Documents section. Also available are links to email contacts in the Student Development Office, Business Office, Registrar's Office and Financial Aid Office.
- Continue to sign and return Financial Aid Award letter, Dependent Housing Agreement, Athletic Agreement, and Fine Arts Agreement forms if not already completed. Must be completed before Financial Aid is disbursed.
- Finalize loan arrangements
- Print, sign and return the F.E.R.P.A. Release Form (Financial Aid) if not already completed. Must be completed before Financial Aid is disbursed.

After arriving at school

- Click Resnet Downloads from the Resnet and Online Services section
- Students are required to install and run Symantec Anti-Virus Corporate Edition (choose the version that matches your computer operating system) on personal machines connected to the Culver-Stockton network. Students are also required to install and keep current SpyBot Search and Destroy 1.3 and Lavasoft AdAware Personal SE 1.05.
- If any problems arise in downloading and installing the software, submit a request to the Culver-Stockton College HelpDesk http://www.culver.edu/services/helpdesk/
- For problems with phone line, cable TV, or resnet software, submit a request to the Culver-Stockton College HelpDesk
- Open an internet browser to http://www.culver.edu
- Click Current Students
- Click HelpDesk Technical Support under the Student Resources Link
- Enter your ID number and choose the problem type from the drop down
- Click Continue
- Enter information in the areas required by the *
- Click Submit Request
- Pick up textbooks from bookstore
- Pick up Parking Sticker
- Submit W-4 paperwork to Business Office for on campus employment (must be submitted before first check is written)
Throughout semester
- Check your CSC email and campus mailbox for important college communications
- Check your CSC email and Wildcat Window for student packages delivered to the Henderson Hall Mail Center
- Check your A.C.E. Attendance

- Click A.C.E. Attendance under the Registrar's Office section
- A screen will appear with the A.C.E. events you have been given credit.
- Questions about these events should be directed to the Registrar's Office
- Midterm - Check your Mid-Term Grade Report and inform your parents when it is available on their Parents Wildcat Window

- Mid-term grades for the current semester will appear

- Make changes to your current Meal Plan
- Open an internet browser to www.culver.edu
- Click Current Students
- Click Wildcat Window under the Student Resources Link
- Login with your email username and password
- Click Meal Plan under the Student Developoment/ResLife Section
- Listed in the drop down box will be the current meal plan. Use the arrow to drop down the selection list and make a new meal plan selection.
- Click Send Changes
- Meal plan changes can be made without a $25.00 charge during the first two weeks of the semester and during the change period at the end of the semester. Changes to meal plans outside these time frames will be accessed a $25.00 change fee.
- Check your Grade Reports
- Open an internet browser to www.culver.edu

- Click Wildcat Window under the Student Resources Link
- Login with your email username and password
- Click Grade Reports under the Registrar's Office section
- Select the year and term and click View Grades
- Check your Academic Career Summary
- Open an internet browser to www.culver.edu

- Click Wildcat Window under the Student Resources Link
- Login with your email username and password
- Click Academic Career Summary under the Registrar's Office section
- Download 1098-T Tax Summary document
- Open an internet browser to www.culver.edu
- Click Current Students
- Click Wildcat Window under the Student Resources Link
- Login with your email username and password
- Click XXXX 1098-T Tax Documents under the Business Office section (XXXX stands for the previous tax year).
- Read the instructions on how to download and print the 1098-T form along with the information about downloading and installing Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Click View your XXXX 1098-T Tax Form
- Once the tax form appears on the screen, it can be printed to any available printer.
- Check Hometown Newspapers, Biographical Information, Parking Registration, Computer Registration for corrections/updates
