Welcome
Welcome to the exciting world of Greek Life at Culver-Stockton College! This web site provides valuable information on C-SC's 7 national fraternities and sororities, Greek honor societies, and important information about recruitment, the process by which students meet current members of each of the organizations and explore membership in those organizations. While each organization has its own unique qualities, all have similar goals. These organizations stress the ideals of academic excellence, leadership, service to the community, strong friendships, lifetime membership, and learning outside of the classroom.
Please take time to explore this website and learn about Greek Life on our campus. I encourage you to take part in our recruitment activities. Taking a part of the recruitment process does not commit you to membership; at the very least you will have met several new students on our campus. Join us as we take part in community service projects and give back to the Tri-State community. Our Greeks serve numerous locally and nationally recognized organizations such as Girls Night Out, LaGrange Youth Center, Lewis County Nursing Home, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Relay for Life, and Special Olympics. Greeks are also very active in athletics, intramurals, fine arts, and many other areas on campus.
On campus, Greek's take part in many premier social events including the IFC and Panhel Barbeque, the Greek Block Party, Greek Week, and Homecoming festivities. In addition to these widely recognized events, most chapters have formal dances, mixers, alumni dinners, and various other social events throughout the year. Being a Greek at Culver-Stockton College means having an incredible experience!
Students who join Greek organizations develop leadership and interpersonal skills that last a lifetime. The Greek Community at Culver-Stockton offers valuable opportunities for intellectual, physical, and social growth. Seize these opportunities by getting involved! You will not regret what will most certainly be the best time of your life!
If you have any questions about the Greek Community, please feel free to send me an e-mail at bhickenbottom@culver.edu.
