Intramural FAQ's

What are IM sports?
IM sports offer students the opportunity to have fun while participating in competitive team sports. We offer a variety of sports throughout the year such as flag football, indoor soccer, wiffleball, volleyball, and basketball. We also sponsor a golf scramble and 3 on 3 basketball tournament.

Who can play IM sports?
ANYONE! Any current student of C-SC is eligible to participate in IM sports. (There are rules regarding eligibility of C-SC athletes.)

How can I get involved?
Watch the bulletin boards and check your e-mail for information about upcoming events and deadlines. Then pick up an entry form, fill it out, and return it to the IM office in the basement of Johnson Hall.

How do I get a team together?
Just grab a group of your friends, your friend's friends, whoever! You can even ask your CA to start a team for your residence hall. If you are having trouble finding a team contact the IM office and we will do what we can to help you find a team.

When are the games?
IM events are usually held on Sunday and Tuesday evenings. A few tournaments or special events may be held on other days.

Is there anyway I can work for the IM department?
We hire student officials for all of the intramural sports activities. If you are familiar with a certain sport let us know. Before each league begins there is a sign up sheet for those who want to officiate.
