Student Activities

Student activities at Culver-Stockton College are planned and implemented through various channels. The Residence Life department assumes the major responsibility for planning and coordinating student activities both within the residence halls and campus-wide. Activities are designed to meet the educational, social, spiritual, and recreational needs of students. Some activities are sponsored by the Residence Life department as a whole; some activities are CA programs. Other activities are organized by the Campus Programming Council, a group of students charged with the task of implementing activities with broad student appeal. Activities are also organized through Greek Life.

Recent activities have included ComedySportz (comedy troupe), Blind Man's Bluff (a capella group), Keith Eric and Waterhouse ( Reggea, the music of Jamaica), Mark Nizer (juggler/comedian), Spring Fling, Edgar Cruz (guitarist), Christ Carter (mentalist/comedian), Bob Hind (hypnotist), Retro Dance, Greek Week All Campus Street Dance, Homecoming Dance with a live band (Life in General), STD's=Stupidity Turned Deadly, Bad Poetry Night, Tie Dye Party, and Culver-Stockton Clothing Day.
