Early Childhood Education

Students may earn an endorsement in Early Childhood Education (Birth –grade 3). For more details about earning this endorsement, see the C-SC Academic Catalog.

To complete an endorsement to teach early childhood, C-SC students must:

• Complete certification requirements in elementary education, including student teaching
• Complete student teaching at the kindergarten or pre-kindergarten level
• Prepare a professional portfolio to document your undergraduate studies
