About the Program
Culver-Stockton College has received specialized accreditation for its business programs through the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE), located in Lenexa, Kansas. IACBE is an international accrediting body. The major in business provides a solid foundation for students pursuing immediate entry into the business world or graduate education through completion of the foundation and core business courses. The business program embraces the College’s emphasis on experiential education. The business department offers domestic travel opportunities as well as study abroad courses. A professional internship of three to six credit hours is required.
What Makes the Program Distinctive?
The distinctive characteristic of the C-SC business program is its emphasis on experiential education. At least seven classes in the business program are designated as experiential (EXL) and others certainly have an experiential component.
