Many alumni and friends wish to remember Culver-Stockton College through some form of a deferred gift. You may not be in a position to support the college at this time, but desire to do so in the future. Such deferred gifts could include making a provision in your will, making the college the beneficiary and/or owner of a life insurance policy, or establishing a charitable annuity or trust.
Culver-Stockton College offers several life income gift opportunities. These are plans that enable individuals to make gifts of cash, securities, or real estate now and retain a lifetime income from that gift. In many cases, there are significant tax advantages.
It is important that you contact a professional estate planner regarding your estate. Remember to select a planner well versed in current tax and estate planning laws. If you decide to remember Culver-Stockton College through a deferred gift, please contact the Advancement Office so that you may be recognized in The Chronicle and on a plaque as a Heritage Club Member. The Heritage Club has been established to honor those individuals who have decided to make a deferred gift to Culver-Stockton. Those wishing not to be recognized may remain anonymous.
