Victory Lap
Keep the Baton Going

The 2009 Culver-Stockton Faculty and Staff Challenge to alumni recently surpassed its goal of $154,000 and we want to say Thank You to all the alumni who have already accepted the challenge.

NOW we are starting a Victory Lap around the track to see just how far we can go. Many alumni have made gifts in honor or remembrance of someone on the Hill who greatly influenced their life. We want to keep this magnificent Challenge going so others can capitalize on this opportunity to offer a special tribute and say thanks to that individual who meant so much to them while they were a student. While the tape may have been broken, Culver-Stockton and our students still need your assistance.

The Challenge was born in the fall of 2008 when over 93 percent of the faculty and staff demonstrated their commitment to C-SC and most importantly its students by donating $38,500 back to the college. Mindful of Culver-Stockton’s need to generate new, increased, and renewed support of EXP@CSC: Funding the Student Experience in this difficult economic climate, the faculty and staff issued a CHALLENGE TO ALUMNI. They asked alumni to contribute a dollar for every quarter they gave to assist the college in maintaining the quality education and providing the financial assistance C-SC students require and deserve.
