Elliott to present Senior Recital

Tracy Elliott, a Culver-Stockton College senior music education major from Palmyra, Mo., will present her senior recital on Sunday, October 28, at 3 p.m. in Merillat Recital Hall, located in Robert W. Brown Performing Arts Center, Canton, Mo.

The piano selections include Fantasy in D Minor, by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart; and an Epilogue, by Stephen Heller. Elliott will present several musical selections to showcase her talents on the clarinet and piano. Selections on the clarinet include Sonate, by Paul Hindemith; Suite for Clarinet, by Jean Philippe Rameua; and A Touch of Ireland, by James Malloy. Anda Zirnitis, professor of music, will accompany Elliott on the piano.

A reception will follow the performance. The recital is presented in partial fulfillment of the requirements for a bachelor’s of music education degree from Culver-Stockton. For more information, contact the Fine Arts Office at 573-288-6346 or e-mail finearts@culver.edu.
