New Alpha Chi Honor Society members inducted

CANTON, Mo. -- Culver-Stockton College is proud to announce the induction of 18 students into the Missouri Beta chapter of the Alpha Chi National College Honor Society. The ceremony was held Thursday, April 28 inside Johnson Hall Parlor on the campus of Culver-Stockton College. Faculty co-sponsors Scott Giltner and Lauren Schellenberger welcomed 18 new members into the society, which honors those juniors and seniors in the top ten percent of their class. Dr. David Wilson, interim dean of Culver-Stockton College, delivered this year’s charge to initiates, family, and friends. New inductees include:
- Angela Barry, senior athletic training major from Liberty, Ill.
- Jasmine Brown, senior media communication major from Saginaw, Mich.
- Leanne Cary, senior accountancy major from Canton, Mo.
- Katina Coffield, senior elementary education major from Keokuk, Iowa.
- Brett Cramsey, senior criminal justice major from Quincy, Ill.
- Kate Gutheil, senior English and history majors from Bettendorf, Iowa.
- Amanda Hanlin, senior elementary education major from Monroe City, Mo.
- Danielle Harper, senior accountancy and finance major from Eldon, Mo.
- Kate Harris, senior English major from Monroe City, Mo.
- Catie MacBride, senior individualized major from River Falls, Wis.
- Elise Obert, senior business administration major from Quincy, Ill.
- Gina Osburn, senior biology and pre-med major from Chatham, Ill.
- Zach Patterson, senior history major from Lewistown, Mo.
- Stephen Schindler, junior history and political science majors from Wasthington, Iowa.
- Blake Schwartz, senior accountancy major from Quincy, Ill.
- Lance Smith, senior history education major from Memphis, Mo.
