Kyle Trudell serves Culver-Stockton as director of communications and new media. Kyle works to strategize and implement the C-SC marketing initiatives and public relations as well as online communications to strengthen the college's brand. Kyle, earned his B.F.A. with an emphasis in studio arts from Quincy University.

Kyle’s management and design experience includes marketing in all major media with extensive expertise in online marketing and interactive branding. In his career, he has held key roles in management, design, and marketing strategy in the publishing, online marketing, and telecommunications industries.

Kyle, his wife Sandy, and their daughter Taylor live in Canton.

John Schild is in his 18th year as sports information director at Culver-Stockton College. A native of Quincy, Ill., Schild began his duties on July 15, 1992.

He is responsible for the release of information about Culver-Stockton College's intercollegiate athletic program and coordinates media relations for the athletic department, produces athletic publications, oversees sports information student workers and assists with the management of athletic events.

Schild earned a bachelor of science degree in physical education with a specialization in media communication and public relations in athletics from Quincy College in 1991.

Prior to coming to Culver-Stockton, Schild was a sportswriter for the Quincy Herald-Whig in Quincy, Ill. A member of the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA), Schild has covered Wildcat athletics, providing radio commentary and writing for various newspapers.

Erin Duesterhaus began her career in the Culver-Stockton College Communications Office in August 2008. She is currently responsible for maintaining the overall brand look and design of all college publications and communication pieces. Erin also oversees the operations of the college Communications Office.

Erin graduated from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville in May 2008, where she earned a bachelor of arts degree in mass communications with a focus in advertising and a minor in art and design. Prior to working at C-SC, Erin completed an internship at STARadio in Quincy, Ill., working in farm broadcasting.

In her free time, Erin enjoys cooking, reading, hunting, scrapbooking, playing euchre, helping her younger cousins with their show pigs, attending country music concerts, and spending time with friends and family.

Laura Wietholder began working as the Lead Writer and Editor for the Culver-Stockton Communications Office in August 2010.

She is responsible for the release of information about Culver-Stockton College to area media outlets, and helps produce and edit content for numerous college publications.

Laura is originally from Beardstown, Illinois. She is a graduate of Western Illinois University, and has a bachelor of arts in communications degree.

Prior to joining Culver-Stockton, Laura was a reporter and weekend anchor for WGEM News in Quincy.

Laura, her husband John, their son Jack, and two dogs Leia and Dax live in Quincy, Ill. When she's not busy working, Laura enjoys running, shopping, or just spending time with family and friends.

Ashley Boudreau began working in the Culver-Stockton Communications Office in August 2010 as the communications coordinator. Her duties consist of graphic and web design, and anything else that comes her way. The majority of her design experience has been in print, and she is very excited to be part of the great communications team at Culver-Stockton College.

Ashley graduated from Columbia College with a bachelor of arts degree in graphic design in 2008. She completed her internship in the Marketing and Public Relations Department at Columbia College. Her work experience includes direct mail, advertising, and freelance design.

In her free time, she enjoys painting, reading, cooking, and watching college basketball and tennis. Ashley currently resides in Kahoka, Mo.
