If you are participating in the monthly payment plan through TMS, one-half of the contracted amount is shown on your billing statement. To apply for TMS, please call 800-722-4867 or visit www.afford.com. If there is a credit on your account and you participate in TMS, your refund will not be processed until after your last TMS payment is made.
