Inclement Weather Information

With the pending storm expected to be a significant weather event, Culver-Stockton College would like to remind students and parents about college operations during inclement weather.

The College will continue operations and classes regardless of weather. However, students and employees are encouraged to use good judgment in making decisions about travel to campus. Safety is to be a primary concern before making plans to drive to campus.

Classes will continue as scheduled for students living on campus. If a faculty member cannot travel safely to campus, they will contact students directly through the C-SC’s ANGEL and/or email system. Students unable to travel to campus for a class, coursework, or exam are asked to contact the professor directly to make alternative arrangements. Good communication between students and professors is expected.

Since this is a residential institution, there is an expectation that the College and its facilities will remain in operation. Culver-Stockton encourages everyone to be mindful of weather conditions and to use their best judgment relative to travel.
