We are diligently making plans for live events that observe COVID-19 guidelines, which means that we will hold multiple commencement ceremonies. There will be three (3) separate ceremonies on Saturday, May 15, for 2021 graduates. All ceremonies will be held in Charles Field House. Graduates have been assigned to a ceremony based on their major and may not request to attend a different ceremony time.
Each graduate may invite up to four (4) guests to their assigned ceremony. Guest seating will be reserved and ticketed. Tickets will be available online beginning at 9 a.m. Central Daylight Time on March 22 HERE. Student's ID numbers will serve as a passcode to log in for ticket reservations. Guest seats will be grouped in "pods" that are socially distanced from other pods. Guests will be required to follow health and safety protocols, such as wearing face coverings. To provide additional access, each ceremony will be live streamed. There will be three ceremonies held on Saturday, May 15 and one for 2020 graduates on Sunday, May 16. The doors will open half an hour before each ceremony.
