Erica is a 2009 graduate of Central High School in Camp Point, Illinois, a 2011 graduate of John Wood Community College in Quincy, Illinois with an Associate of Arts degree in Communication and a 2013 graduate of Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and a minor in Human Resource Management. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology online through Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California.
Erica is the Assistant Director of Admission and recruits fall freshmen from central and southern Illinois. She has been employed with the College since August 2014.
Erica is a presenter each year at Western Illinois University's Department of Communication Career Preparation Day. During her time at Western Illinois University, she was named the 2012 Wayne Thompson Scholar for the Department of Communication. Erica has also been a featured Alumnus in Western Illinois University's Department of Communication Fall Edition Newsletter.
Erica grew up in Paloma, Illinois and currently resides in Quincy, Illinois. Her favorite thing to do with her free time outside of work is to judge pageants in the community and help young women be successful with pageants through private coaching and volunteering in local pageant circuits. Erica was Miss Adams County Fair 2011. During her reign as Miss Adams County Fair Queen, she competed against sixty-nine county fair queens from across the state of Illinois at the 2012 Miss Illinois County Fair Queen Pageant.
